Marketplace Use
By using Ski and Wake, you agree to use the platform lawfully and in good faith. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit and for having the right to post the content and photos you provide.
Listing Review And Changes
We may review, edit, reformat, optimize, crop, compress, reorder, or otherwise modify listing content and listing photos for quality, consistency, moderation, presentation, marketplace standards, or technical reasons. We may approve, reject, remove, or unpublish listings at our discretion.
Photo And Content Rights
By submitting a listing, you represent that you have the right to submit the listing text and photos. You grant Ski and Wake permission to store, host, display, reproduce, optimize, and distribute that content as needed to operate and promote the marketplace.
No Guarantee Of Approval Or Sale
Submission of a listing does not guarantee approval, publication, buyer interest, or a completed sale.
Platform Availability
We may update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue parts of the marketplace at any time. We are not responsible for temporary outages, delays, or third-party service interruptions.
